Do you offer free delivery?
Free delivery is available on all orders over £30. Certain items such as our Jewellery, Printed Patterns and Beady Boxes come with free shipping as standard.
I am only ordering a small amount – why are you charging £3.35?
We charge a flat charge for postage to cover small parcel rates, however, if you purchase a small amount that will fit in large letter postage we will usually refund you around £1.50 depending on the weight of your order.
Can I collect in store?
Yes, just select collect in store option at checkout and we will send you the confirmation email when it is ready.
How quickly do you dispatch?
We dispatch every day of the week apart from Sunday. Orders are processed during shop opening hours and sent in the next post. If you need something urgently we can arrange next day delivery at an extra charge.
What are your shop opening hours?
We are open Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 5pm. We are closed Sundays and Bank Holidays.
I don’t have PayPal, can I still order?
Yes you can, just choose pay by card, it will be processed securely through PayPal but you wont need to create an account.
I only want a few items, can I order by phone?
Yes, you can order and pay over the phone by calling us on 01834 861280.
Do you offer wholesale discounts?
We are continuously developing our website and hope to have many items especially findings available with quantity discounts soon. In the meanwhile contact us if you are looking for larger quantities.
Do you offer International delivery?
We are very happy to ship internationally and will charge the shipping rate for your country. Contact us for a price for your country. Please be aware that you could be charged import duty on your items.
I have a gift voucher, can I use it online?
We are working on this, but in the meanwhile, just contact us and we will give you a code you can use.
I have a Begelly Bead Shop in Narberth loyalty card can I collect stamps online?
Regretfully, we cannot extend the scheme to online at the moment but you can still collect stamps in store and with telephone orders.
Do any of your products contain nickel or lead?
To our knowledge, none of our products contain nickel or lead. We only deal with reputable companies and are very careful to check all product information before listing them.
I chose the wrong item, can I send it back?
We all make mistakes in sizes etc. when ordering online, we are happy to exchange or refund items as long as you return them unopened or in original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order (you will have to pay for the return postage).
Will my item look just like the pictures on your website?
Colours will vary on different display devices so you will need to take that into consideration. All natural stones and products will have slight differences but the images you see are a very good indication of the product and if you are not 100% satisfied you can return within 30 days to get a full refund. Mixed packs are random.
I have spent more than £30, why isn’t it offering free shipping?
Sale goods and some high ticket items are exempt from the free shipping. We try to keep our prices competitive so we price these items with a much lower profit margin.
